My name is Mrs. Jourdan and I am the certified Library Teacher K-12. I graduated from St. Olaf College for my undergraduate degree and received my master's degree in Library and Information Science from SImmons College in Boston, MA. Mrs. Matzek is the assistant who works in the Elementary Library with me.
Books and magazines are checked out for 2 weeks. Students may renew books if they have not finished reading them, unless another student has placed a hold on the book.
We do not charge overdue fines, but families are financially responsible if a book is ruined or lost and needs to be replaced. If library materials are lost or damaged beyond reasonable use, you will be charged the actual replacement cost if it is still in print, otherwise the replacement fees are as listed below, based on type of material:
