PIMS grade 5 band students started learning their band/orchestra instruments last week and continue meeting together this week. These days during August allow students to get a head start on the upcoming school year as budding musicians.
The District is seeking donations of young spruce trees to be planted near our Softball Complex.

MID-DAY & MID-WEEK MUSIC AT THE BAND SHELL
Wednesday, August 20 - 3 pm
Bring a lawn chair and join 40+ PI Band Camp musicians at an informal concert at the band shell on Main Street. Middle school and high school students have been working together to refresh their skills by learning new pieces of music. The program will last approximately 30 minutes.

Ice Bucket Challenge - buckets will be present for each head coach! One bucket for each (7/8, JV, Varsity - boys & girls). Bring your donations & all the change you can find!!!! The coach that ends up with the most money in their bucket by 7pm will have the pleasure of getting a bucket of ice cold water dumped on them that night by their team captains. Thanks COACHES!
