Welcome!
My name is Kelly Ganrud and I am so excited to be teaching 5th grade this year at Pine Island Schools. This will be my 9th year teaching 5th grade at Pine Island, and I am really looking forward to this school year!
I grew up in Red Wing, which is where I graduated high school from. I then attended Saint Mary's University in Winona, MN which is where I received my degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Math. I have also finished my master's degree from Walden University where I focused on curriculum, instruction and assessment.
My husband (Adam), daughters (Charlotte-5 and Lorelei-2) and puppy (Owen) live in Cannon Falls, MN. I love to read, golf, spend time with family and friends and be outside as much as possible!
