You are looking at surveys developed by the Pine Island Board of Education to be used to obtain feedback from parents regarding our Co-curricular programs. There are two forms, one is more specific to athletic programs and the other is more specific to academic programs. Please fill out a form for each sport or activity that your child participates. Please either drop the form off in the high school office or send by mail to;
